Mega Worship- Altered Frequency 2007

WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Our mega worship is finally TODAY!!! IT WAS A BLAST!!!
We started off at 11.00 where some ushers did some count down and the whole thing turned out SUPERB!!! Well the number of people present wasnt great but we definitely enjoyed ourselves alot!!
We played the Meta Aftershock video(will post later) which definitely caught alot of people's attention(THE CAMP WAS GREAT!! AND IT SEEMS THAT META CAMP 3 IS COMING NEXT YEAR!!!)
Right after that, we had an outstanding breakdance performance by 5 talented younsters!! Seriously, they are good!! I'm sure everyone is amazed by their dance!!(Im not sure if they recorded it.. if they do I'll post it).
Right after that, we have Altered Frequency singing some of their new songs and later on everyone sang together!!
Their songs, old or new, ROCKS people!!

After that, Andy Yeoh spoke to us about ....blablablabla and guess what? we got a few new believers on dat day. We just thank God it is sucessful although the crowd is not as many as last year. The mega worship commitee is doing GREAT(news crews,usher and security).

Updates on Mega Worship and Captain Ball

Like I promised, here's the updates on the fliers for the Mega Worship.
Due to some budget problem, we have to change our Mega Worship flier to a One-Paged style.
However, this new fliers look good as well!!

Brian distributed 600 of this flier on Sunday during the Fiesta Craze at La Salle, Klang.
I'm not sure if there's any left; you have to ask Brian if you want one of this.
But there's no guarantee you will get one though.. ;)
Anyway, the other details are still the same!!
We have Altered Frequency and the venue is still the same!!
GUYS, DON'T MISS THIS ANUAL GREAT EVENT!!
BE SURE TO BE THERE ON THE 28TH OF APRIL 2007!!

Many people have been asking me "what is Captain Ball?" "How do we play Captain Ball?"
To please all those who are interested in learning how to play this game, well, it's actually very simple!!
Basically its a 1 on 1 team game and each team consists of 6 players on the field.
1 player from each team will be standing on a chair placed at the end of the court of the other team.
Your main objective will be to score as many points as possible by passing/throwing the ball to the person from your team who is standing on the chair!
A player cannot bounce the ball, spike, or walk more than 2 steps (means 2 steps is the maximum!!)
Sounds simple huh? Try forming a team and join us at the Meta Captain Ball Tournament on the 1st of May!!

We will get a trophy as big as the one they are holding this year or a bigger one!

Chew : Hey Blur Dude heard about this super cool event called Mega Worship?

Blur Dude : Yeah, but i dont know where is it being held.....

Chew : It will be held in the ever famous SMK La Salle Klang lar.....

Blur Dude : Oh I see..... But what time start?

Chew : Aiya..... these organizers very smart wan.... They put it on the BEST possible date ever.... and the time also very chunted.

Blur Dude : Tell lar dont make me kan chiong!!!!

Chew : Well its on the 28th of April 2007 at 11.a.m.

Blur Dude : Wah so Yao Yeng ar....... But the event so cool.... i don't know what to wear.....

Chew : Hah! you see... the organizers also took care of that. Just wear a School T-shirt of any school. Chun leh?

Blur Dude : But which band will be playing on that day? Not from roadside wan right?

Chew : Of course not lar!!!! Altered Frequency will be playing! Don't play play!

Blur Dude : Cheh you just playing the Altered Frequency CD? So cheap....

Chew : No lar it's LIVE where got we so cheap wan ar? See the fliers lah don't believe..

META CAPTAIN BALL TOURNAMENT 2007!!

YES!! It's finally here!
La Salle CF is gonna organize the Meta Camp Tournament 2007!
It will be on the 1st of May which is on Tuesday and no worries guys, it's a holiday!! ;)
The tournament will be held at the Taman Chi Liung field, which is located just beside of Grace Assembly and it starts at 7.30 A.M.
The forms will be distributed once it's done and guess what?
You will only have to pay RM20 if your team signs up together with the payment before the 21st of April. Well, you can still sign up after the 21st of April until the 26th. However, an additional RM10 which will sum the fee to a total of RM30 will be now the new entrance fee.
Every form submitted must come together with a photostated version of IC of every team member!!

Terms and Conditions
Forms must be submitted along with the fee and a copy of I.C.(all members) to Lee Han Ern before 28th of April.
Only secondary school level students are allowed to participate (1989 AND above).
All participants are advised to wear similar attire(colour) according to their teams.
Each team can consists of any number of girls or guys. A team with mixed gender is NOT compulsory.

Rules and Regulations
1. Referee’s decisions on all matters connected with the play shall be final
2. Foul play
a) Green Card – Warning!
b) Yellow Card – 3 minutes off pitch
c) Red Card – banned for that particular match
3. Points
d) Boys – 1 point
e) Girls – 2 points
4. Don’t be LATE.
